About Josh Renicker

Josh joined Energy Access in 2006 and became COO in 2012. He brings with him extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing and quality management. His broad experience, innovative quality management approach, and hands-on management style are keys to the success of Energy Access.

While earning degrees in drafting technology, technical project management and a Master’s in business administration, Josh worked in several industries including automotive, advertising, and packaging. Josh oversees all purchasing and procurement both domestic and international and the operations and production on-site in Indianapolis including all custom manufacturing.
