The CARES Act from March of 2020 gave businesses three opportunities for stimulus. The PPP, EIDL, and ERC. Since the bill was written the ERC has changed 5 times. This seminar will take a deep dive into the qualifications and help you identify if your business qualifies for up to $26K/employee. The average company qualifies for approximately $250,000.

About James Farias

James Farias is a seasoned consultant in the insurance and financial services industry. He leads a team for the inside sales at Appreciation Financial and their partners. These partners include Mpower America a debt solutions company, ERC Specialist a tax and payroll company, and PERA Administrator a public employee retirement administrator that helps school district employees retire with dignity. James is a strong recruiter and leads a team of over 150 agents and consultants. When James is not busy running his team, you can find him coaching youth football or scuba diving; he is an instructor. He is a self-proclaimed pop culture geek and owns almost 15,000 comics. He and his wife Fiona have a combo of six kids ranging in age from 18 – 30 years old. Fiona and James’ favorite thing to do together is relaxing…six kids, now that is a handful!
