Damon has been developing B2B applications for desktop, web, and mobile platforms since the mid-1990s. In 1999, Damon founded Technicate Solutions, and applications development company that continues to thrive to today. In 2012, Damon was named president of Datacate to provide this same dedication and commitment to growth and success. Damon''s goal for Datacate is to maintain its specialized focus status while providing unparalleled service to our clients.

Damon graduated from CSU San Marcos in 2002 with a degree in Computer Science and a US Navy veteran. He resides in Fair Oaks, CA with his wife and 2 children.
